Objectives drive our process. What our client sets out to accomplish determines how we work. The process is usually created from the back to the front, meaning, we try to understand how final recommendations will be implemented, which will then govern reporting, analysis, methodologies, timelines and budgets.

Our professional relationships rely upon cooperation and confidentiality.

The process begins with the establishment of objectives and operating parameters. From that, reporting requirements are projected. Then, analytical methods are evaluated, and data collection methodologies are decided upon.

During our research process, information may be collected using a variety of methods;

  • Personal interviews
  • Physical observation
  • Telephone interviews
  • Focus groups
  • Informal discussion groups
  • On-line surveys
  • Written (paper) surveys
  • Intercept interviews
  • Secondary sources

Analysis is performed using statistical models, as well as subjective review, consultation, and forecasting.

Reporting is the critical point in the process where value becomes evident. We think of reporting as a process of communication, consultation and assisted execution; not an event.
